Stock Construction Joins Forces with Lennar at Treviso Bay
Having one award winning developer building at Treviso Bay is great…having two? Well that’s just impressive. Stock Construction, which is part of Stock Development, has agreed to build 26 luxury homes in the first phase at Treviso Bay.
Stock Development’s resume includes local exclusive communities Paseo, Lely Resort, Olde Cypress, and Secoya Reserve.
Stock will begin construction of two model home centers that are slated to open next year. The models will be the Muirfield III and the Ponte Vedra Grande.
The luxury single family homes at Treviso Bay built by Stock will range from 3250 square feet living to over 4000 square feet. Initial pricing will be in the $600’s.
Currently, Lennar Homes has sold over 80 homes since sales began at the beginning of the year. The selection of homes include Terrace Condominiums, Verandas, Coach Homes, and single family Executive and Estate Homes. Entry level condo pricing is about $200,000 and can reach into the $700’s for the largest Estate models.
