I just got word that Lennar is starting the slab on Terrace condo building 6 today. This building has unobstructed open views of the lake and Rookery preserve estuary beyond. It is located in a quiet, private setting. This building has now been released for sale! I want to give all of my clients the best opportunity possible to get their first choice of unit. As many of you know there are only 6 ends units in a building. Several folks are already waiting to put a deposit on one. The ends units and top floor units will go very quickly.

In order to reserve your unit, you must make a deposit and sign a sales contract within 24 hours of deposit. Lennar is planning a price increase for the units in the very near future, most likely after a number of condo units have sold in this building. If you are not under contract when the price increase goes into effect, you will not be guaranteed the first release pricing.
