3. Are there any restrictions if I want to rent my home in Treviso Bay?
Answer: Yes. Like many other planned developments, rentals are restricted so the community does not lose value by having “revolving” doors so to speak. As a homeowner, you are able to rent your home for a maximum of 4 terms per year. The minimum amount of days you can lease the property is 30 days. Of course, longer terms are no problem.
Bonus Question: Well what if my tenant wants to play golf?
Answer: All the amenities in Treviso Bay are transferable to the tenant for a total cost of $250.
Bonus Question 2! Where are the nearest beaches?
Well take a look at the Collier County site and check out all the public beaches available nearby. You can also see where the boat launches are as well.
